About

Healing is a journey—and you don’t have to walk it alone.

At Floreo Counseling, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where people of all ages can reconnect with themselves, work through life’s challenges, and begin to grow in ways that feel true and lasting. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or a major life shift, I'm here to support you with care and intention.

The word Floreo means “to flourish” in Latin. It reflects the belief that growth is not only possible—it’s something we all deserve. I honor each person's unique story, and I approach work with deep respect for the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of healing.

 Approach

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. That means I meet you where you are, listen deeply, and work together to understand what’s holding you back—and what’s possible moving forward. Therapy at Floreo isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember who you are, build tools that serve you, and step into a life that feels more whole, grounded, and meaningful.

Who We Serve

I work with individuals across a wide range of ages and life experiences, including teens, young adults, and adults. Whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions, I'm committed to making therapy accessible, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.

Meet the Therapist

Adrienne Remmert, M.S., ALC, NCC

Welcome - I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported in their growth. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical training and the deep wisdom that healing takes time, presence, and trust.

I work with children, teens, college students, adults, and those navigating life transitions or emotional challenges like anxiety, grief, or trauma. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one that helps you reconnect with your inner strength, explore what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward the life you want to live.

My background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University, and I'm trained in the integration of psychology, philosophy, and theology utilizing a Catholic-Christian framework. My work blends evidence-based practices with a holistic lens, honoring both the science of healing and the deeper emotional and personal work that goes with it.

When I'm not in session, you might find me spending time with my husband and four children, enjoying the outdoors, participating in a fitness class, or learning something new. These parts of my life help keep me grounded, present, and grateful.

Under the supervision of Olivia Dorn, LPCS
